Bridget Logan

Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at STNL Development, Bridget supports the underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate opportunities, portfolio management, stakeholder reporting and strategic decision-making. She also works closely with lenders and investors, providing insights and recommendations to senior management that help drive successful project execution and investment performance.

Prior to joining STNL, Bridget worked in the Cincinnati office of Newmark, where she supported brokerage teams through market research, data analysis and reporting. One of her most notable projects was leading the quarterly Greater Cincinnati Market Statistics Report, where she tracked key performance indicators including vacancy rates, tenant activity and construction trends across the office and industrial sectors.

Bridget holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Communication & Digital Media from Wittenberg University.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys arts and crafts, running and spending time with her two dogs, Odie and Groot. A Cincinnati native, she remains actively involved with her alma mater, Mount Notre Dame High School, where she volunteers and previously served on the Alumnae Committee.
