As Vice President of Project Management, Chris is responsible for leading the successful delivery of STNL’s project pipeline from pre-development through construction and delivery. He provides strategic oversight and support to both real estate and project management teams to ensure projects are well-positioned from the start and risks are minimized.

Chris’s responsibilities span all projects STNL is developing and constructing. Taking what he’s learned over his 15 years in the industry, he evaluates project feasibility and site constructability early then drives lean project design and manages general contractor and consultant selection as projects enter construction. He implements standardized processes and tools, improving overall execution while serving as a key contact for high-impact issues with clients and jurisdictions to secure crucial approvals.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. He is an active participant in the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Roundtable and regularly attends other local real estate industry events. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, staying active outdoors, and attending professional sporting events.
