Elissa Morsch is the Controller for STNL Development, where she works closely with the firm’s executive team to ensure the day-to-day accounting functions are completed accurately and on time. This includes development and property accounting, banking and general ledger activity. Elissa is also responsible for maintaining quarterly reporting for internal and external STNL investors, keeping them up to date on the latest project details.
Prior to her time at STNL, Elissa spent three years at General Electric before joining North American Properties, where she managed and consolidated a $100M real estate investment portfolio. From there she joined Grandin Properties, where she served as Controller and later Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for budgeting, lease negotiations, project financing, acquisitions and dispositions for its residential and commercial properties.
After growing up in North Carolina, Elissa received a BS in finance from Penn State University. She spends much of her personal time tackling home improvement projects, sitting by the firepit with friends and family, and discovering new restaurants and breweries in and around Cincinnati.
