Garret Howicz

Development Project Manager

Garret Howicz serves as Development Project Manager for STNL Development. In this role he helps clients to develop build-to-suit properties in markets across the country. He’s also responsible for the front end of the development process—primarily focusing on market research, site selection and evaluating acquisition opportunities.

Prior to his time at STNL, Garret was a part of GE Aviation’s Financial Management Program (FMP), where he gained experience in contract negotiations with various commercial airlines and financial planning. He also served as Co-President of his class of FMP for his final six months with the company.

Garret received a BS in finance from Xavier University. He spends a majority of his personal time traveling, working out and reading up on the latest industry trends.
