Gretchen Binford is a Real Estate Manager at STNL Development. With a background in site selection analytics and coordinating projects through diligence and permitting, she brings a multifaceted approach to each project and client she serves.

Gretchen has over 10 years of commercial real estate and development experience. Prior to working with STNL, she began her career in 2015 at Hutton, where she was involved in the development of over 120 commercial properties.

Gretchen graduated from the University of North Georgia with a B.S. in Biology.  Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, giving back to the community, and spending time with family.
