Joe Rust

Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, Joe helps ensure that our clients’ properties are delivered on time and on budget. This process begins with performing due diligence on sites, continues through facilitating design, permitting, and bidding, and concludes with overseeing construction until the work is completed.

Prior to joining STNL, Joe spent three years managing the development and construction of single-tenant commercial projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Joe is fond of spending time outdoors, particularly when he’s backpacking or canoeing. He’s also passionate about fitness and nutrition.
