Jonathan Renfroe

Vice President, Construction Management

Jonathan Renfroe is Vice President of Construction Management at STNL Development. He is responsible for selecting and overseeing STNL’s general contractors and ensuring that their work is high quality, timely and under budget.

Before joining STNL, Jonathan worked in multiple project management, construction and development roles, leading teams of developers and contractors in building multi-million-dollar projects.

He has his BS in building construction and contracting and a minor in business administration from Georgia Southern University. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys watching his son play baseball and golfing whenever possible.
