Kathy Hennel

Senior Project Accountant

Kathy Hennel is Senior Project Accountant at STNL Development, where she is responsible for general accounting duties and assists the team’s real estate developers with requests for all projects. She also manages the firm’s annual tax compliance process and ensures that appropriate insurance is in place across all construction projects and properties owned by STNL.

A seasoned financial veteran, Kathy has 30+ years of experience working for some of the most notable companies in Greater Cincinnati. Prior to her time at STNL, she served as Controller or Director of Finance and Accounting for several real estate and construction companies, including Neyer Properties, Brandicorp and Oswald Company.

Kathy holds a BS in accounting from Miami University and an MA from Xavier University. Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing, golf, travelling and reading. She also coaches local high school sports.
