Michaelann Murphy is Senior Vice President, Development at STNL, where she applies her extensive knowledge of ground-up development and finance to provide creative solutions for her clients.

She has nearly 20 years of real estate experience, having previously lead development, leasing and brokerage efforts for clients nationwide, serving as a Regional Director for a National REIT and holding leadership positions at several large and mid-sized development firms, helping to create more than $400 million in value over her tenure.
