Will Sayer serves as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations for STNL Development, where he drives capital strategy and investor engagement across the company’s acquisition and development portfolio. In this pivotal role, he orchestrates debt financing solutions for STNL’s strategic initiatives while cultivating and maintaining relationships with key investors and capital partners.

Drawing from over 15 years of comprehensive experience in commercial real estate, Will brings multifaceted expertise spanning finance, accounting, leasing, capital markets, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has facilitated financing commitments exceeding $400 million across all commercial real estate property types throughout the United States.

Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. He maintains active involvement in the industry as a member of the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Roundtable.

Outside the office, Will enjoys hiking and outdoor adventures, perfecting his golf game and creating lasting memories while traveling with his family.
