We pride ourselves on not just doing excellent work for our clients but fostering a rewarding culture that makes STNL a great place to come to work every day. To do this, we dedicate lots of time and energy to celebrating creativity, encouraging fun and emphasizing good deeds. Here are just a few examples:
Regularly Giving Back
STNL’s philanthropy committee organizes quarterly (if not more!) volunteer and/or donation opportunities aimed at giving back in ways that are important to our staff. Recent activities have included day-long volunteer days with the Freestore Foodbank in Cincinnati and Habitat for Humanity, as well as a matched holiday donation drive by St. Vincent de Paul and food for Ukrainian refugees by World Central Kitchen.
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
Outside-the-office activities are a critical way to form closer bonds with co-workers and to celebrate the hard work we do day-in, day-out. We take this bonding time seriously, planning monthly excursions to fun destinations like the local “Fowling” alley.
In addition to our ongoing team-building activities, we also offer the full staff an annual company trip that celebrates the year’s successes and achievements. Each year’s destination and activities vary, with previous trips including long weekends in Nashville and Santa Barbara, California.

We take HUGE pride in offering our employees the opportunity to try new things and grow within the organization. To accomplish this, our senior team works closely with newer employees as mentors, and we also offer regular reviews to ensure each employee is meeting their personal growth goals and being recognized for their accomplishments.
