Jake Rivers Recognized in The Cincinnati Business Courier

We’re excited to share that one of STNL Development’s newest team members, Jake Rivers, has been featured in the Cincinnati Business Courier! In the “People on the Move” profile, the Courier shares some of the details on Jake’s day-to-day with the company in his new role Acquisitions and Due Diligence Specialist.

Since joining our team, he’s worked closely with Bryan, our CFO, across several aspects of STNL’s business. On any given day, Jake splits his time between maintaining STNL’s existing properties, evaluating potential new acquisitions, working with title companies to complete transactions or lending a hand with investor relations.
