STNL Development adds two new staff members

STNL Development is ever evolving, and our employee base is no exception. Just this past month, we added two new faces to our staff:

Gretchen Binford

Gretchen is our Project Coordination Manager, working closely with the real estate, development, and construction teams from project conception to turnover. She is involved with site vetting, analytics, due diligence, land acquisition, permitting, and the tracking of critical dates.

“Gretchen has done excellent work in the short time she’s been here at STNL, and I’m looking forward to helping her settle in and continue her journey in the commercial real estate space,” says Michaelann Murphy, Senior Vice President of Development and Gretchen’s boss.

Before joining us, Gretchen worked as a Director of Real Estate and Development Coordinators at Hutton, where she helped open 84 ModWash locations in 36 months.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sports games and concerts and exploring new places.

Brandon Larkey

Brandon is an Associate Development Project Manager, working on the development and construction teams to deliver successful real estate projects. He manages and works with third-party designers, engineers and municipalities to drive design, entitlements, permitting and construction.

“Brandon has had some strong experiences that mesh well with the rest of our development and construction teams,” says Bill Chester, Senior Vice President of Development and Brandon’s boss. “I think he’ll do great work for our clients in the next few months.”

He has seven years of experience in management, development, and construction in residential and commercial real estate, working in similar roles for Cross Development. He also owns and manages a small real estate portfolio and intends to build upon this as a passion project.

Brandon is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, adding to our proud group of Bearcats at STNL. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants and events in Cincinnati.

The Future of STNL Development

As a young team, we have endless possibilities and room to develop and expand as a single-tenant net lease developer.

“One of our main goals looking ahead is to add new clients, and for that, we need to add further staff and expand our teams,” says Chris Canarie, Principal and Co-founder. “We have a strong foundation and a talented team and want to continue building upon our experience and expertise.”

Welcome to the team, Gretchen and Brandon!
